Dave Riches возглавил Yoogo Fleet, объединив функции продаж и операций

Comings & Goings 1 mins to read Dave Riches started in the role on September 1. Yoogo Fleet, part of Speirs Finance Group, has appointed Dave Riches to the newly created role of general manager, bringing the company’s sales and operations functions under one leader. Riches joined Yoogo Fleet 18 months ago as general manager operations. He brings almost two decades of operational, sales, and technology leadership across local government, insurance, and large corporate organisations, including senior roles at Auckland Council, nib and, most recently, Pinnacle Life as general manager, operations and technology. Yoogo Fleet leases and manages vehicles for government, corporate, and SME customers across New Zealand, using connected vehicle data and a local team of fleet specialists to keep drivers safe, vehicles on the road, and costs visible. Speirs Finance Group chief executive Michelle Herlihy said Riches was the outstanding candidate for the role. “Bringing sales and operations together under one leader gives us a more connected view of the customer. Dave stood out for the breadth of his operational and commercial experience, as well as the way he listens to customers and understands what they need from us.” Riches said his focus will be on continuing to make fleet management simpler for customers. “Data and digital solutions give fleet managers the visibility to identify where things could be working better, whether that is a vehicle due for servicing, a driver who may need support, or a fleet that is larger than it needs to be. “But technology is only valuable when it makes someone’s job easier. The test for us is whether what we provide takes complexity off a customer’s plate and helps them run their business more effectively. “That needs to be reflected in everything we do, from the first conversation with a customer through to the day-to-day management of their fleet.” Riches started in the role on September 1.
