Worcester Bosch запустил программу переподготовки газовщиков в сертифицированных специалистов по тепловым насосам

The course is designed to help gas installers transition to heat pump experts Worcester Bosch has officially launched its ‘Skill Up Training Programme,’ a comprehensive four-level training pathway designed to take traditional gas installers into certified heat pump experts. With the UK heating market evolving alongside legislative changes such as the Clean Heat Market Mechanism (CHMM), the demand for heat pump engineers is growing. The company say its Skill Up Programme directly addresses this by offering a structured, step-by-step development journey to build installer confidence and support business diversification. The course is split into four modules, allowing installers to build their knowledge step-by-step at their own pace, combining flexible online modules with hands-on learning at Worcester Bosch training academies: • Level 1 Foundations – master the basics of heat pump technology, system components and installation best practices • Level 2 Installer – go deeper into installation techniques, get qualified and install with support • Level 3 MCS-Ready Installer – learn the requirements to become MCS registered • Level 4 Expert – achieve full mastery of refrigeration circuits, split heat pump installations and system diagnostics. Applicants can install heat pumps with support for circa £800 upon completion of level 2 or complete the full programme for £2,000. In addition, Worcester Bosch loyalty programme members can use points towards their Skill Up training. Darren Danks, Head of Training and Qualification at Worcester Bosch, commented: “Heat pumps represent major new opportunities for installers in a changing market. It is crucial that the industry provides support to accelerate the growth and development of installer skills in this space. Our Skill Up Programme provides a dedicated learning journey for installers that not only delivers the necessary technical skills and competence but also helps grow their business and builds confidence for both them and homeowners.” Click here to view the full course overview and secure a spot.
