Акции Wellnex Life подскочили на 69% после продажи бренда Pain Away японской Rohto Pharmaceutical

The Wellnex Life Pain Away sale to Japan-based Rohto Pharmaceutical dominated AIM trading on Wednesday, sending WNX shares up 69.2% to 5.5p. Devolver Digital’s plan to quit the London market sent DEVO shares in the opposite direction, down 60.9%. Wellnex Life Pain Away Sale: Terms and Timeline Wellnex Life (LON: WNX) is selling Pain Away to Mentholatum Australasia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of The Mentholatum Company, which is owned by Rohto Pharmaceutical. The deal is worth up to A$21.3m in total. An initial cash payment of A$19.8m is due on completion. The remaining A$1.5m is a performance-linked earn-out tied to Pain Away’s normalised EBITDA in the 12 months following the sale, according to Share Talk. In the year to June 2025, Pain Away generated revenues of A$13.4m and EBITDA of A$4.36m. The rest of the Wellnex business ran at a loss. Proceeds from the initial payment will repay debt and fund the group’s remaining healthcare and contract manufacturing operations. After completion, Wellnex Life plans to scale its liquid soft-gel analgesics and contract manufacturing activities toward positive free cash flow, while keeping the door open to acquisitions of established consumer healthcare brands. Shareholder approval is required under AIM Rule 15, given the size of the asset relative to the company. A general meeting has been called for 8 September. Wellnex Life raised £5.22m at 31.75p per share when it joined AIM on 21 March 2025. Devolver Digital Seeks to Cancel AIM Quotation Austin, Texas-based indie games publisher Devolver Digital (LON: DEVO), known for titles including Hotline Miami, Cult of the Lamb, and Enter the Gungeon, plans to leave AIM after nearly five years on the market. The company will put an AIM cancellation vote to shareholders at a general meeting on 8 September. The resolution requires approval from at least 75% of votes cast, under Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, according to the company’s regulatory announcement. If passed, shares will stop trading on 15 September 2026, with formal cancellation at 07:00 on 16 September 2026. Alongside the cancellation, the company is launching a tender offer for up to 23.3 million shares, representing approximately 4.71% of current issued capital, at 16p per share, according to Morningstar/Alliance News. The offer opens 7 August 2026 and closes at 15:45 on 8 September 2026. A second tender offer of up to $5m is planned for 12 months after cancellation. The board cited annual cost savings of $1.6m and argued the share price does not reflect recent progress, partly due to poor liquidity. Devolver stated it had faced pressure to meet short-term market expectations inconsistent with the long-term nature of indie game development, Game Developer reported. Devolver joined AIM on 4 November 2021 at 157p per share. At Wednesday’s close of 6.25p, the stock sits 96% below its listing price. Tekcapital Net Assets Hit Record After Portfolio Revaluation Technology investment company Tekcapital (LON: TEK) reported a jump in NAV per share from $0.27 to $0.78 for the year to 30 June 2026, as pre-tax profit rose from $5.4m to $144.8m. The move was driven almost entirely by the change in fair value of investments, which rose from $5.7m to $145m. Net assets reached a record US$201.7m at 30 June 2026, up from US$55.1m at 31 December 2025, according to the unaudited half-year report filed with the London Stock Exchange. Ingenta is paying £500,000 in shares and holds an option to buy the remainder at a performance-linked price. The share price gained 9.45% to 69.5p. Digital media group Digitalbox (LON: DBOX) reported interim revenues 12% lower at £1.7m, with EBITDA at breakeven and cash of £2m. The company said Meta platform changes had made audience-building harder, and full-year operating profit will fall short of the £690,000 previously expected. The share price fell 16.7% to 5.25p. Sunrise Resources (LON: SRES) disclosed high-grade assay results from the Reese Ridge zinc, lead, and silver project in Nevada. The share price rose 17.9% to 0.0165p. Devolver Digital’s shareholder vote on 8 September sets the immediate timeline: a 75% threshold is the level to watch for both the AIM exit and the tender offer window.
