Топ-5 провайдеров VoIP в 2026 году: сравнение цен, функций и отзывов пользователей

Top 5 VoIP Providers In 2026: Pricing, Features & Real User Reviews Dropped calls during a client pitch. Support tickets stacking up due to your VoIP system being unable to route them as quickly as needed. A pricing page which conceals the fees until the contract rests on your desk. If any of this sounds familiar, you already know why picking the right VoIP provider matters more than it used to. Business calling once referred to landlines and inflexible agreements. At this point, it is a matter of comparing dozens of VoIP providers, all of whom are offering superior call quality, less complex scaling, and cheaper per month than the others. The correct VoIP vendor sorts out that misunderstanding. It enhances the clarity of calls, reduces your monthly bill, and provides your staff with features that increase with the business rather than throttling as the number of staff members increases. However, it takes more than a look at a homepage to tell the difference between a good and an overpriced VoIP provider. It uses actual prices, actual features and actual reviews by those who are already using them. Here’s a closer look at the VoIP providers that actually deliver on all three in 2026. 1. Coperato Coperato is a VoIP and call center platform designed to meet the needs of businesses with high call volumes, be it sales outreach, customer support, or both. As you begin to compare VoIP providers, Coperato is a company that integrates traditional VoIP infrastructure with AI voice agents that make and receive calls automatically. The platform has auto-dialers, skill-based routing, real-time analytics, and CRM integrations with software such as Zoho and SugarCRM. Its AI Voice Agents option is not a flat rate seat plan but an active talk time on a per-minute basis. It can be set up quickly, and most accounts are live within days. Coperato users always cite its international route network and its 24/7 support as the reasons they stick around, and its call rates are lower than many of the traditional telephony companies. When companies are running outbound campaigns or ramping up a support desk, it is a solid place to start before you consider the options listed below. 2. RingCentral RingCentral is a well-known brand in the business communication industry and rightfully so. It is an integration of voice calling, video calls and team chat into one interface, thereby ensuring that agents do not have to switch between apps during the workday. The pricing begins at approximately $20 per user per month, increasing to approximately $35 per user per month in higher levels that include call monitoring and analytics. That puts it on the more expensive side, at the expense of depth. RingCentral has more than 300 integrations and, as a result, can be used by bigger teams who are already integrated with tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft 365. The collaboration features, particularly one-click video huddles and assigning tasks within the chat, are often applauded by the reviewers. The majority of complaints relate to cost creep. Add-ons and charges per country of calling can add a lot to the monthly bill, so plan ahead before entering a longer contract. 3. Nextiva Nextiva markets itself on reliability, and its 99.999% uptime claim backs that up in most independent reviews. Plans start around $15 to $18 per user per month, though renewal pricing can jump 30 to 50 percent once an introductory term ends, so read the fine print. Feature-wise, Nextiva bundles phone service, team chat, and routing into one desktop app, plus native integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot on higher tiers. It’s built for teams that want a single tool rather than stitching several platforms together. Customer support is where Nextiva consistently outperforms competitors in user reviews, often scoring higher than RingCentral on response time and resolution quality. If support responsiveness is a dealbreaker for your team, this is worth shortlisting. 4. Zoom Phone If your team already lives in Zoom for meetings, Zoom Phone is the logical next step. It’s also the cheapest standalone option on this list, with plans starting around $10.50 per user per month for inbound-focused use and metered outbound billing. Features include call recording, voicemail transcription, and routing, all wrapped inside the same interface your team uses for video calls. That familiarity shortens onboarding time considerably compared to switching to an entirely new platform. Reviews highlight the price-to-feature ratio as Zoom Phone’s biggest strength. The trade-off is fewer advanced call center features, like skills-based routing or deep CRM automation, so it suits smaller teams more than a full contact center operation. 5. 8×8 8×8 focuses heavily on international calling. It offers unlimited or unmetered calls to dozens of countries on its top plans. That’s an area where competitors often charge per-country add-ons instead. For businesses with overseas offices or global clients, this can mean real savings over time. Meetings support up to 500 participants, with polls, breakout rooms, and emoji reactions included. The platform also bundles contact center features like call monitoring into its higher tiers, so support teams get more than basic calling. Pricing isn’t published publicly. You’ll need to contact sales for a quote. That can slow down the evaluation process if you’re comparing several providers side by side, since you can’t compare exact numbers upfront. User feedback consistently calls out the international reach and contact center tools as standouts, especially for companies with distributed or global teams. The downside reviewers mention most is cost. 8×8 tends to sit above average for teams that don’t need its full global calling suite. 6. Vonage Vonage’s biggest strength is flexibility. Its APIs let developers build custom communication workflows directly into existing software. This makes it a favorite among tech teams that want more than an out-of-the-box phone system. If your business has developers on staff, Vonage gives them room to build exactly what they need. Plans range from roughly $14 to $28 per user monthly. The entry-level Mobile plan covers unlimited calling, SMS, and IVR. Higher tiers add video conferencing and call queues. However, several advanced features are sold separately as add-ons, so the final price can climb fast. Reviewers who need customization rate Vonage highly. But those on higher-tier plans sometimes feel they’re paying premium prices for features competitors include by default. It’s a stronger fit for businesses with development resources than for teams that want everything ready on day one. Final Thoughts There’s no single best VoIP provider, only the one that matches how your team actually works. If call volume and automation drive your decisions, platforms built around AI voice agents and CRM integration will save more time than a basic calling plan ever could. If cost control matters most, metered and usage-based pricing beats a flat seat fee locked into a long contract. Before committing, test call quality yourself, read recent user reviews, and confirm renewal pricing in writing. What looks affordable in month one can look very different by month twelve. Compare a few options directly, and the right fit becomes obvious fast.
