В центре Дулут открылся новый комплекс The Lakeview на 176 квартир и отель

The Lakeview opens its doors in Downtown Duluth A new mixed-use complex called The Lakeview has officially opened its doors in Downtown Duluth, with leaders hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday morning. The event marked the completion of a nearly $100 million development, described as one of the city’s most significant private investments in recent years. “Getting here wasn’t easy. We know that. Like the other major projects that we see in Duluth, Lakeview faced a share of challenges along the way. We saw rising construction costs, higher interest rates, changes in the development timeline. But today we get to honor what can happen when those challenges in a project stay on track, when people work together through the obstacles. And look what we have standing here,” said Kristi Stokes, President of Downtown Duluth. The Lakeview includes 176 residential units, a 34-room hotel, space for retail and dining, and a modern wellness amenity. The project was designed to address the growing demand for housing and hospitality and to help strengthen downtown Duluth.
