'Remarkable History' "As we celebrate 25 years of welcoming guests to The College Green Hotel Dublin, we wanted to create an experience that reflects this building's remarkable history and the creativity that has always defined this address," said Joanne Dillon, general manager, The College Green Hotel Dublin. "A Silver Legacy is a tribute to Dublin's makers, craftspeople and cultural heritage, offering guests the opportunity to create something meaningful while becoming part of the story of one of the city's great addresses." With over 200 years of history, the building's story extends far beyond its time as a luxury hotel. Long before it became a hotel, and before its years as a grand banking hall, the building was home to the Royal Irish Institution, an influential centre for art, exhibitions, music and Irish creativity. Its legacy helped shape Dublin's cultural landscape and inspired generations of artists, makers and innovators. A Silver Legacy is designed to be an invitation to experience Dublin through its history, its makers and its enduring traditions.
