3rd Planet Global: удаленный креативный хаб в Индии, где ИИ служит инструментом, а не заменой людям

Disha Mooljee founded 3rd Planet Global with the belief that the best creative work is about bringing talented people together and a shared sense of purpose. Balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood, she built the agency as a remote-first creative company where collaboration, craft and meaningful work took precedence. After spending over 15 years in advertising, Mooljee believed agencies didn't have to be built around physical offices to produce quality work. Instead, she chose a remote-first model, assembling specialists across design, strategy, motion and content from different parts of India. The founding team soon expanded with Kunal Jani, as the senior strategist; Birju Raikwar, who leads art direction and motion design; Vishnu Raj, who heads the design vertical with a focus on branding and visual identity; and Satyam Bhardwaj, who strengthens the agency's graphic design capabilities. Together, they helped to shape the foundation of 3rd Planet Global, which today operates across three core verticals: Studio, Motion and Grow. Within two years of coming into existence, 3rd Planet Global began working with brands including Acer, JSW Paints, Paytm, Truecaller, Amazon Ads,and Kisan Konnect. One of its early milestones came with Acer's electric cycle launch campaign, which crossed six million reach within the first 24 hours. Today, the team delivers branding, motion design, social media, AI-led production, advertising, strategy and content solutions through more than ten integrated services. Technology has become a significant part of that evolution, yet it is seen as an enabler, not a pilot. While 3rd Planet has expertise in AI-powered filmmaking and creative production, Mooljee sees artificial intelligence as an execution tool rather than a replacement for creative thinking. "The ideas still come from people," she believes. "AI can accelerate production, but judgment and creative instinct remain human. That's what makes our company a new AI-led creative agency, keen on delivering nothing but the best." The agency's remote-first culture has remained unchanged through this growth. Rather than asking people to relocate, 3rd Planet has continued hiring talent irrespective of location. Today, the team comprises more than fifteen people working across India. For Mooljee, building a business while raising a young child has reinforced a simple belief: agencies grow because of people, not processes alone. Both demand patience, resilience and the ability to adapt every single day. Neither succeeds without people who genuinely care. As 3rd Planet Global continues to expand its client roster and capabilities, that philosophy remains at the center of its journey.
