Сотрудничество отеля и пивоварни: в Сиднее выпущена историческая лагер CHB

Sydney Harbour Marriott’s Customs House Bar and Sydney Brewery partnered to craft a new signature beer to honour the venue’s rich history. Sydney Harbour Marriott and Sydney Brewery designed the CHB Lager as a smooth, approachable lager that reflects both the heritage and character of Customs House Bar, a venue that has welcomed guests since 1846. The light-bodied lager delivers a smooth, clean finish and pours a bright straw-gold colour. With a low to medium malt character evident in both aroma and flavour, it’s an easy-drinking beer that perfectly complements any occasion. “This collaboration is about more than creating a new beer,” Sydney Harbour Marriott director of food & beverage Roman Kristek said. “It’s about capturing the essence of Customs House Bar, its stories, its people and its place in Sydney’s history and bringing that to life in a way that feels relevant today.” Guests can buy takeaway cans from Customs House Bar, with four cans available for $36. Taps & Tales The launch of CHB Lager coincides with the introduction of Taps & Tales: Stories Brewed Since 1846, a unique immersive experience that brings together storytelling and beer tasting, inviting guests to explore nearly 180 years of history through every sip. Set within the historic surrounds of Macquarie Place, Taps & Tales takes guests on a guided journey through time from the early days of sailors and customs officers to modern-day city life, uncovering stories linked to the venue, including legendary figures such as Sir Charles Kingsford Smith. CHB Lager is the centrepiece of the experience, giving guests a true taste of Customs House Bar while bringing its history and local roots to life. The 30-minute experience is exclusively available to Marriott Bonvoy members. Guests can join the membership free of charge. Guests can book at Custom House Bar’s link. Customs House Bar is near the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
