Бразильский разработчик медицинского ПО Sofis назначил новым гендиректором экс-руководителя TOTVS

TORONTO & RIO DE JANEIRO — Sofis, a Brazilian healthcare software provider specializing in hemotherapy and cell therapy solutions, announced the appointment of Rafael Fraga as incoming Chief Executive Officer. Arcadea Group acquired a majority stake in Sofis earlier in 2026. Fraga joins founder Reynaldo Mendes, who will stay on in a leadership role with the business and transfer full responsibilities to Fraga over the coming months. Fraga is an experienced software executive who spent more than a decade in leadership roles at TOTVS, Latin America’s largest enterprise software company. Most recently, as Executive Manager of Products and Business, he held full P&L responsibility for a business unit spanning product strategy, engineering, and commercial operations. Across his tenure he led the launch of TOTVS’s first cloud-native ERP, directed the migration of its customer base from on-premise to SaaS, and drove the cloud modernization of multiple product lines. Reynaldo Mendes commented: “Rafael is the right leader for Sofis’s next chapter, and he has my full support. We are committed to an orderly transition that protects our customers and our team, and I will remain closely involved as a strategic advisor to the business for several years after it is complete. After four decades building this company, it means a great deal to know it is in good hands.” Daniel Eisen, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Arcadea Group, stated: “We have full confidence in Rafael to execute on our vision for Sofis and to extend the company’s prominent role in the hemotherapy and cell therapy markets in Brazil. Rafael is a proven leader with a track record of success leading high-quality software businesses in Brazil. We have aligned all of Arcadea’s resources to work alongside Rafael and Reynaldo to ensure a successful transition and long-term success for Sofis’s customers and employees.” Rafael Fraga remarked: “Sofis is built on a remarkable foundation—products that hospitals and blood centers across Brazil depend on every day, and a reputation earned over decades. I am excited to build on that foundation and, in partnership with Arcadea, position Sofis for long-term success.” For more information on Sofis, visit sofis.com.br.
