В Глендейле откроется вторая в штате точка сети средиземноморских ресторанов CAVA

Noby Glendale LLC, an affiliate of Wauwatosa-based NOBY Ventures, plans to open the state’s second CAVA restaurant location at 5470 N. Port Washington Road in Glendale, according to plans submitted to the city’s Planning and Architectural Review Commission. The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant would open in the former Boston Market building at the site, which is currently vacant. CAVA’s menu includes customizable salads, grain bowls and pita wraps with ingredients such as lamb, steak, harissa, hummus and sweet potato. The proposal includes a 3,200-square-foot addition to the existing 3,100-square-foot building, along with 45 parking stalls. The southern tenant space of the building would be occupied by Mattress Firm, a mattress retailer. CAVA has more than 400 locations across 28 states, including one under construction in Greenfield. The company said earlier this year that the Greenfield location is expected to open in fall 2026, but did not provide a specific date.
