Saving Grace Education Group запустила цифровую инфраструктуру и обновленную систему поддержки родителей перед сезоном зачислений 2027 года

Following lessons from 2026, Saving Grace Education Group has implemented and now operates a connected digital education infrastructure, a strengthened parent-support system and a revamped enrolment experience. Saving Grace Education Group is entering the 2027 enrolment season with a significantly transformed digital education environment already operating across the organisation. Following a comprehensive review of the parent and student experience during 2026, the organisation has implemented changes across student onboarding, curriculum management, Canvas access, assessments, reporting, parent communication, helpdesk support and administration. The changes are not future promises for 2027. They are already in place and form part of the education environment families enter when they enrol today. “We listened to our parents. We identified where our systems were creating frustration, and we acted. The changes are not plans for the future - the infrastructure is already in place and operating now.” 2026 was a year of learning and action During 2026, Saving Grace received feedback relating to communication, student onboarding, course allocation, curriculum alignment, access to learning material, assessments and academic reporting. The organisation recognises that an online education provider cannot depend on parents repeatedly contacting the school to resolve issues or obtain information that should be accessible through effective systems. Its response has been to address the infrastructure behind those challenges. Rather than treating each issue as an isolated customer-service problem, Saving Grace has strengthened the systems that connect its departments, students and parents. The result is a more connected digital education ecosystem. The infrastructure is already in place Saving Grace now operates with connected systems across the major stages of a student’s education journey: Enrolment → Student Profile → Curriculum → Subjects → Canvas → Learning → Assessments → Results → Report Card → Parent Visibility The focus is now on operating, monitoring and continuously improving this infrastructure. For families considering enrolment for 2027, this means entering an education environment that has already undergone significant structural change. A new helpdesk ticketing system creates accountability Saving Grace’s centralised Helpdesk Ticketing System is connected to the school’s key departments and provides a structured way to manage parent enquiries and support requests. Instead of relying solely on individual staff email inboxes, enquiries are captured as traceable tickets, assigned to the appropriate department and followed through the support process. Parent communication is retained within the helpdesk communication trail, so the relevant department can see the enquiry, take ownership of it and provide updates through to resolution. This creates a clear record of the support journey and reduces the risk of parent communication being lost in an inbox. The system supports Centralised parent communication and communication history Ticket creation, routing and status tracking Clear departmental ownership and follow-up management Parent responses and updates from submission to resolution A complete audit trail and stronger accountability across departments Whether an enquiry relates to admissions, accounts, curriculum, Canvas, assessments, reports, technical support or student administration, it follows a structured pathway to the appropriate department. “Parents should never feel that their email disappeared into a black hole. Our helpdesk infrastructure gives every enquiry a place, a process and accountability.” A stronger student onboarding and portal experience Saving Grace has strengthened the process connecting enrolment to student access. The current infrastructure connects parent registration, student profile creation, grade allocation, curriculum selection, subject allocation and Canvas access, creating a more structured path from enrolment to learning. The Student Portal is already part of this connected experience. It gives parents greater visibility of important information relating to their child’s education journey, including student profiles, curriculum information, subscriptions and academic reporting. Parents can move through the enrolment journey with clearer visibility of what happens next. Curriculum management has been strengthened Saving Grace’s current education infrastructure supports multiple educational pathways and connects each student’s grade, curriculum and subject selection to a more structured learning environment. CAPS | Cambridge | Special Needs | Special Needs CAPS | Remedial CAPS This is particularly important for an online education provider serving families with different educational requirements. The infrastructure supports the different curriculum pathways within the Saving Grace education ecosystem. Canvas and learning management Canvas remains an important part of the Saving Grace learning environment. The systems supporting student course allocation, grade-specific learning environments, subject allocation, term planners, learning material, assessments, student submissions and academic progress have been strengthened. The objective is to create greater alignment between what a student is enrolled for and what appears within the student’s learning environment. Assessment and reporting infrastructure is in operation Saving Grace has implemented a more structured assessment infrastructure that supports formal assessments, tasks, memoranda, assessment planning, cognitive-level analysis, moderation documentation, student submissions, results and academic records. Academic reporting is connected through a clearer sequence: Student → Subject → Assessment → Mark → Result → Report Card This creates a stronger connection between required work, the assessment process and final academic reporting, giving parents a more meaningful view of their child’s academic progress. The website has been revamped The transformation does not stop behind the scenes. Saving Grace has revamped its website and enrolment experience to create a better parent journey from the first interaction with the organisation through to enrolment and student onboarding. The website provides a more structured front-end experience, supported by effective backend infrastructure and connected website systems. It is not simply an online brochure; it forms part of the education infrastructure and helps connect the parent journey with the systems operating behind the organisation. Understand → Compare → Choose → Enrol → Receive Confirmation → Access a Child’s Education From website to education ecosystem Parents expect easy access to information, clear curriculum choices, simple enrolment, digital communication, student profiles, online learning, academic information, support, assessments, reporting and parent visibility. Saving Grace’s infrastructure now brings these elements together in a more connected journey. The connected experience The website is the front door. The systems behind it are the foundation. The Student Portal is the connection. Canvas is the learning environment. The Helpdesk is the communication bridge. 2027 enrolments are the next chapter Saving Grace Education Group is opening its education pathways to families preparing for the 2027 academic year. The organisation’s current digital environment brings together enrolment, student administration, curriculum management, learning, assessment, reporting and parent support within a more connected infrastructure. Parents can explore: CAPS Curriculum Cambridge Curriculum Special Needs Curriculum Special Needs CAPS Remedial CAPS The organisation recognises that trust is demonstrated through better systems, better communication, better visibility, better processes and better accountability. “We cannot change the experience a family may have had yesterday. What we can do is change the systems that shape the experience tomorrow.” 2026 gave us the lessons. We listened. We changed the infrastructure. The systems are already here. Now we are building 2027 differently.
