Художник из Сарасоты превращает морские ракушки в уникальные мозаичные шедевры

Sarasota’s Shell Artist Brings Gulf Coast Soul Indoors SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - If you’ve ever taken a walk along Florida’s Gulf Coast, you’ve probably picked up a seashell or two. But local artist Randy Simonian takes beachcombing to a whole new level! Randy is the creative mind behind Rangoon Art, a local Sarasota business, and he recently welcomed Suncoast View into his world to show us exactly how he works his magic. Our reporter got a firsthand look at how Randy turns ordinary treasures from the shoreline into beautiful, one-of-a-kind mosaic masterpieces and tropical sculptures. Bounce Into Wellness: Trying the new boot cardio at Sarasota’s Jefferson Fit Randy handcrafts every single piece using natural seashells he personally finds along the shore, blending them with unique shells sourced from around the world. For Randy, it’s all about capturing the laid-back, tropical soul of Florida. His whimsical, beach-inspired designs are created to bring an authentic splash of Sarasota’s seaside lifestyle right into your home—and, most importantly, to make you smile. “Each piece of art carries a story, a connection to the beach, and a touch of Florida’s tropical spirit,” Randy says.
