В аэропорту Абу-Даби представлена первая в мире коллекция вин Robert Mondavi California для duty free

Robert Mondavi California has made its global travel retail debut at Abu Dhabi Duty Free, operated by Lagardère Travel Retail. The launch makes Abu Dhabi Duty Free the first travel retailer worldwide to offer the premium California wine collection. Lagardère Travel Retail is also the exclusive travel retail partner for the range in Europe and the Middle East for the first six months following its introduction. The collection comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and has been created by the Robert Mondavi winemaking team. Its launch coincides with the 60th anniversary of Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay use fruit sourced from Mendocino County, with the Pinot Noir drawing on grapes from Monterey County. Robert Mondavi California Lead Winemaker Yamil Sales said: “With this collection, we aim to offer exceptional quality at an accessible price point, by drawing on the unique characteristics of California’s diverse wine regions. “The result is a fresh, complex range that reflects both the spirit of innovation and high standards that are associated with the legacy of Robert Mondavi.” Lagardère Travel Retail UAE CEO Vadim Motlik added: “We are proud to partner with Robert Mondavi on this landmark global travel retail launch and to be the exclusive travel retail partner for the collection in Europe and the Middle East. “The outstanding quality of the wines, together with the brand’s heritage and reputation, makes this an exciting addition to our portfolio. As we continue to elevate the traveller experience at Abu Dhabi Duty Free, the launch of the Robert Mondavi California reflects our commitment to bringing exclusive, premium and world-class offerings to our customers.” Abu Dhabi Airports Chief Commercial Officer Carsten Nørland concluded: “As Zayed International Airport continues to serve a growing and diverse profile of global travellers, our retail offering is designed to reflect their evolving preferences. “The introduction of Robert Mondavi California at Abu Dhabi Duty Free complements this approach, adding to a curated portfolio of premium international brands.” The Robert Mondavi California range is available in the departures and arrivals areas at Abu Dhabi Duty Free.
