Основатель Resetting Lives Inc. запускает Executive Health & Life Audit для руководителей

Edmonton, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – September 2, 2026) – Resetting Lives Inc., founded by Nigerian-born, Canada-based transformation strategist Coach Ayomide Adeyina, is expanding its work around personal development and whole-person wellbeing with the development of the Executive Health & Life Audit™, a proprietary self-awareness framework designed for high-achieving executives and leaders to examine the broader factors influencing how they live, lead and make decisions. The initiative reflects Adeyina’s broader mission to create a platform where achievement, leadership and personal wellbeing can be addressed together. Through Resetting Lives, Coach Ayomide Adeyina is developing transformational education, executive-focused programmes, immersive experiences and a global community for individuals seeking a more intentional approach to how they live and lead. The Executive Health & Life Audit™ While executives routinely review the businesses, investments, finances and professional performance, the broader life supporting those achievements may not always receive the same structured attention. The Executive Health & Life Audit™ was developed to provide a structured starting point for executives and high-achieving leaders to examine that wider picture. The Audit is designed to help participants examine interconnected areas, including wellbeing, stress, sleep and recovery, identity, relationships, lifestyle, personal habits, boundaries, purpose, time and the demands associated with leadership. The framework is intended to encourage structured reflection on how these areas may interact with professional responsibilities, leadership demands and personal priorities. The framework is not presented as a medical assessment or treatment. Instead, it serves as a personal-development and self-awareness tool intended to help individuals identify areas they may wish to explore more closely as part of their broader approach to leadership and life. The Executive Health & Life Audit™ serves as a structured entry point into Adeyina’s broader work, while the Renewed Life Blueprint™ provides the wider framework through which Resetting Lives explores personal development and whole-person wellbeing. “Executives are accustomed to reviewing the performance of their businesses, investments and professional lives,” Adeyina said. “The Executive Health & Life Audit™ was developed to encourage a similarly structured examination of the broader life supporting those achievements.” Adeyina’s work has a particular focus on executives and leaders of African heritage. The focus reflects her Nigerian background and her interest in the ways cultural expectations around resilience, responsibility, achievement and strength can influence the lives of professionals and business leaders. The initiative does not position resilience as a negative quality. Instead, Resetting Lives explores how individuals can retain the strengths developed through challenging experiences while reconsidering patterns that may no longer serve their current goals or circumstances. Adeyina brings a multidisciplinary background to the initiative, with experience spanning biology, forensic science, cybersecurity and security architecture, alongside transformational coaching and personal development. Adeyina has publicly discussed her experiences with significant health and personal challenges, including Multiple Sclerosis and diabetes. These experiences contributed to her interest in examining the broader circumstances surrounding an individual’s wellbeing. Resetting Lives does not position either the Executive Health & Life Audit™ or the Renewed Life Blueprint™ as a medical assessment or treatment; its work focuses on personal development, self-awareness, lifestyle and intentional action. The company’s developing platform includes transformational education, executive-focused programmes, immersive experiences and community-building initiatives. Through these activities, Resetting Lives aims to create a global platform centered on personal growth, leadership and intentional living, with a particular connection to African-heritage communities. For Adeyina, the broader objective is to expand the definition of success beyond professional and financial achievement. “People can accomplish extraordinary things and still have important questions about who they are, what they value and how they want to live,” Adeyina said. “Our work is about creating the tools, conversations and experiences that allow people to explore those questions and make intentional choices about what comes next.” Resetting Lives Inc. is continuing to develop its global platform and expand its work with executives, leaders and other high-achieving individuals of African heritage.
