The tool connects inspections, warranties, manuals, RFIs and as-built drawings to installed assets during construction. Procore Technologies, Inc. announced the general availability of Asset Register, a tool within Procore Asset Management. The tool is designed to help contractors create asset records during construction rather than assembling documentation only at project closeout. These records can support handover, commissioning and building operations. Construction teams often spend time collecting asset information near the end of a project. Owners may receive incomplete or fragmented records, which can affect commissioning, operations planning and maintenance preparation. Asset Register captures and connects inspections, warranties, manuals, RFIs, as-built drawings and other project information to installed assets as work progresses. This can reduce manual closeout work for contractors and provide owners with verified asset records earlier in the project lifecycle. The resulting digital record can move from construction into operations and support future Procore AI workflows that use project context. Built into the Procore platform, Asset Register captures, organizes and validates asset information during construction. This reduces the need to recreate documentation during closeout and creates a connected data foundation for Procore AI. Key Asset Register capabilities - Organize installed assets in a centralized, searchable register - Update asset information from the field using mobile devices and scannable QR codes - Maintain an audit trail from installation through handover - Export structured asset information for owner maintenance systems to reduce manual data entry - View assets in 3D using Building Information Modeling (BIM), available now in the UK and Ireland with general availability planned for fall 2026 Digital asset management across EMEA and APAC As part of Procore’s Europe Common Data Environment (CDE), Asset Register helps organizations maintain an auditable record of fixed assets throughout construction. This can improve project visibility and support compliance, documentation and operational readiness. In EMEA, the tool also supports Building Safety Act “Golden Thread” requirements by connecting BIM models with field documentation, inspections and supporting records to create a verifiable digital asset record. Asset Register is generally available across North America, EMEA and APAC. For more information, visit procore.com.
