Platform Housing Group recognised as outstanding employer for ethnicity inclusion Platform Housing Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Outstanding Employers for 2026 by the Ethnicity Awards. The annual awards celebrate organisations and individuals that make a significant contribution to improving ethnicity, equity and inclusion across the UK. The awards’ Investing in Ethnicity Maturity Matrix assesses how organisations embed ethnicity inclusion across leadership, recruitment, progression, culture and community impact. Platform Housing Group is also celebrating Jeannysse Biyoghe, enterprise project management office manager, who was shortlisted in the Future leader category. The award recognises those in the early or middle stages of their careers who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential, while also making a positive impact on ethnicity, diversity and inclusion within their organisation.
