Pho2Go now open at the Miller Hill Mall, owners excited about having another location Another way to fuel up after a long day of shopping at the Miller Hill Mall. Pho2Go has opened up in the food court. They serve Vietnamese food, like pho. Jenny Nguyen and her husband Joel Perrin are the owners. They also run Pho Saigon down in Canal Park in the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace. Perrin said, “I brought it to my wife, that it would be a good idea to have a restaurant up here and serve the people in the Heights, in the Piedmont area, and everybody else shopping. And so we agreed on it, and we decided to open it.” Nguyen really loves Vietnamese food, and wants customers to have the choice of healthy and fresh options from her store. “The soup preparation takes hours,” she told us. There is a grand opening on Labor Day, with deals like 15% off. Also new at the mall is El Azteca Taqueria, which is where the Coney Island used to be.
