NextHome is proud to announce the opening of NextHome Lowery Legacy Group, 9390 Ford Ave., Suite 4, in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Conveniently located between Savannah and Hinesville, the brokerage serves clients throughout Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, Liberty, Long, and Wayne counties. Grand Opening: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 4 PM. The brokerage provides residential and commercial real estate services, including property management. Situated near Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, NextHome Lowery Legacy Group serves a diverse clientele — including active-duty military, veterans, relocating families, and longtime residents. Rounding out the leadership team are Dominique Walker, Operations Director and Tallia Certain, Administrative Director. Owner Juanita Lowery launched her real estate career in 2018 and quickly made her mark. Within her first six months, she surpassed her previous teaching salary working only part-time. From 2021 to 2022, she increased her gross commission income by 165 percent while building a successful team, and was recognized as a top recruiter in an office of more than 400 agents. Juanita began teaching real estate in 2021 and now owns the Real Estate Career & Development Center in Savannah. She has served as Chair of the Savannah Area REALTORS ® Professional Development Committee and as a member of the Georgia REALTORS ® Professional Development Committee. “I wanted a company with the systems, education, and support already in place so I could focus on what I do best — serving people,” Juanita said. “NextHome absolutely delivered.” Juanita and her husband, Randall, are the proud parents of four children. Each office is an independently owned and operated business. Contact: Juanita Lowery | 912.910.8143 | [email protected]
