Rosalyn Clemens, the city’s chief of housing and neighborhood sustainability, said the market will benefit residents living in a food desert. “The Swayne Field Pop-Up Produce Market will give residents in a food desert greater access to affordable, nutritious food in a welcoming setting close to home,” Clemens said. “This is the revitalization work we want to be doing in our NRSA neighborhoods, ensuring residents have access to the resources they need to be healthy and well.” Latest Local News | First Alert Weather | Crime | National | 13abc Originals Copyright 2026 WTVG.
