Мотор Фьюэл Групп и Лавацца запускают премиальную кофейную сеть с новой автоматической машиной

The partnership combines MFG’s extensive network with Lavazza with an aim to make a premium coffee experience more consistently available. Customers will have greater access to Lavazza coffee, delivered through a state-of-the-art machine designed around convenience, quality and life on the move. Quality coffee is playing an increasingly important role in the evolution of forecourts into convenience and food-to-go destinations. According to Lumina Intelligence, quality hot food, coffee and branded concessions are key drivers of food-to-go growth in UK forecourts, with 84% of operators saying food-to-go will be extremely or very important to their business over the next five years. Against this backdrop, the partnership with MFG represents an important opportunity to bring a premium Italian coffee offer to more consumers while supporting the evolution of the forecourt experience. MFG is the first UK operator to introduce the new Coffee to Go machine developed by Lavazza Professional: the Coffee Essence. As part of this new consumer-centric proposition, customers will be able to choose between two Lavazza coffee blends, including classic favourites, decaf or specially selected blends. Alongside an expanded drinks menu featuring emerging consumer favourites such as matcha, customers can also personalise their drinks by adding syrups and extra coffee shots. The machine’s advanced technology allows consumption and user experience data to be monitored and analysed, enabling continuous improvements. Lavazza Professional’s UK market director, Ken MacIsaac, said: “Partnering with MFG is an important milestone for Lavazza Professional and the continued growth of Lavazza On the Move. “MFG’s scale and reach give us a powerful opportunity to make a high-quality Lavazza coffee experience available to more consumers, wherever their day takes them. “Adding decaf to the offer is an important part of delivering on that ambition, giving more people the freedom to enjoy a Lavazza coffee that suits their preferences. “The Coffee Essence machine brings together a striking new design, greater choice and high quality to elevate every coffee occasion. From a broader drinks menu and enhanced personalisation to a contemporary look and feel designed to stand out in high-footfall environments, every element has been developed around evolving consumer expectations. “At the same time, the solution has been designed to support our partners through improved operational efficiency, demonstrating how Lavazza Professional continues to innovate for both consumers and operators within the Coffee to Go channel.” William Bannister, chief executive, Motor Fuel Group, commented: “Motor Fuel Group serves in the region of 25 million cups of coffee per year through its UK-wide network of forecourts and convenience stores. “We are delighted to launch this new partnership with Lavazza Professional. Both businesses have worked closely together to create a new state-of-the-art coffee offer. The Lavazza On the Move brand will give our customers a greater choice along with great value – and some of the best tasting coffee in the UK.”
