If a change to the pick-up person is needed, it must be done through the Call Center prior to flight departure. The Call Center team will guide guests through the process and help make sure children are ready for travel. “This change is one small but meaningful way we can better serve the communities that depend on us. It is rooted in a simple belief: bringing ʻohana together should feel a little easier,” airline executives said.
