Addressing the Challenges of Hydrogen Measurement Fast and reliable oxygen measurement is particularly important in hydrogen production, compression, storage and transportation. Oxygen contamination can affect hydrogen purity and, at elevated concentrations, become a significant process safety concern. In electrolyzer applications, monitoring oxygen in the hydrogen stream can also provide early indication of abnormal gas crossover conditions. The analyzer also provides Modbus RTU communication and Bluetooth connectivity for commissioning, calibration and diagnostics. Different wetted-material configurations are available for demanding process environments, including 316/316L stainless steel, Nickel 200/201, Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C276.
