Mindtrip Partners With Meet Minneapolis to Power AI-Driven Trip Planning Across the City of Lakes From the Mississippi Riverfront to iconic arts, sports, food, and music experiences, the collaboration helps travelers unlock personalized journeys through Minneapolis SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindtrip, an AI-powered platform that empowers people to travel differently, today announced a partnership with Meet Minneapolis, unlocking a more seamless way for travelers to discover, personalize, and plan journeys across Minneapolis. Now integrated into Meet Minneapolis' digital ecosystem, Mindtrip's conversational AI invites travelers to explore the City of Lakes on their own terms. By simply entering a question, idea, or interest – whether it's a weekend getaway, a food-focused adventure, a family trip, or a search for the city's most iconic experiences – visitors are guided through an intuitive, personalized planning experience tailored to how they want to travel. From exploring the Mississippi riverfront and discovering the city's deep connection to the water, to experiencing Minneapolis' legendary food scene with a Juicy Lucy (a cheeseburger with the cheese stuffed inside the patty), travelers can uncover recommendations that showcase the city's distinctive culture, creativity, and neighborhoods. Mindtrip helps visitors discover Minneapolis must-sees and hidden gems, including the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden and Walker Art Center, the breathtaking beauty of Minnehaha Falls, the Chain of Lakes, and the city's vibrant music legacy at First Avenue, the iconic venue famously featured in Prince's Purple Rain. Sports fans can plan a trip around cheering on the home team, while craft beer lovers can create their own self-guided brewery tour through the city's thriving brewing scene. From there, Mindtrip transforms inspiration into action, generating dynamic itineraries complete with curated visuals, interactive maps, and intelligently sequenced recommendations. The result is a more effortless way to experience Minneapolis, with every detail designed around the traveler's interests, pace, and style. To help ensure recommendations are authentic and reflective of the destination, the Meet Minneapolis team collaborated closely in developing and refining the visitor information that powers the experience, combining local expertise with AI to deliver more relevant and trustworthy trip planning. "Minneapolis is a city where natural beauty, creativity, culture, and community come together in unexpected ways," said Andy Moss, co-founder and CEO of Mindtrip. "Through this partnership, travelers can use AI to uncover the experiences, neighborhoods, and stories that make Minneapolis such a memorable destination." At its core, the collaboration reflects a shared vision: making travel planning more personal, accessible, and inspiring while showcasing the full depth of Minneapolis' arts, culinary scene, outdoor attractions, sports, and entertainment experiences through a seamless digital journey.
