Политик Майкл Хили-Рей отреагировал на скандальный эпизод с секс-игрушкой в эфире телепередачи

Michael Healy-Rae responds to TV clip where rapper Professor Green caresses him with a vibrator The pair appeared as an unlikely duo on Virgin Media’s Unfiltered with Lucy Kennedy Michael Healy-Rae said he hasn’t watched back a Virgin Media show where rapper Professor Green caressed his face with a sex toy, but he’s sure “it is all fine”. The English rapper, 42, and politician, 59, appeared as an unlikely duo on Unfiltered with Lucy Kennedy last Sunday night. Things got raunchy as sex educator Jenny Keane joined the lads on the couch, and pulled out her new product. Jenny is launching her own line of pink vibrators and was keen to show it off in front of the Kerry TD. Michael looked perplexed as the sex educator waved the product around, while Professor Green joked that she should’ve left it behind the couch for the next guest. Host Lucy knew this made for comical watching, as she told Jenny: “Let Michael hold it, he wants to hold it!” The Independent politician looked weary, but decided to take part after Lucy said: “Cmon stop being so frigid! Hold it, it's not going to go off!”. While Michael appeared startled, he had a good look at the vibrator, then said: “The Lord protects us, I don’t even want to ask.” Professor Green then wanted to get in on the action, and took the sex toy out of the TD’s hands. He then began caressing Michael’s face and arm with the pink vibrator. The English rapper then turned it on, and the Kerry TD remarked that it would be “a great thing for hunting cows if they wouldn’t go where they want them to go”. Jenny then told the couch that electrocution is actually used within the BDSM community, as Lucy looked at Michael and said: “See, I knew you were quite kinky deep down.” The Kerry TD was shocked by this comment, as he replied: “Oh suffering God.” While the presenter seemed to be loving the giggles, she moved the conversation on after Jenny looked at Michael and said: “Farmers know how to use their hands, they have good hands.” Speaking to The Irish Mirror, the Kerry TD said he hasn’t watched the programme yet, adding: “So you won’t know what a thing is like until you see it. “Anybody that has seen it and any comment I’ve gotten back about it they said something along the lines of ‘it was mad stuff’. “To be honest I don’t go exactly researching things I just do it and that’s it and whatever is to be is to be but I’m sure it is all fine.” Michael said he didn’t know rapper Professor Green before appearing on the show, but that he was “very pleasant” and “an interesting man”. On the show, Lucy referred to the Independent TD as her favourite politician. Asked if this is because he is able to have a laugh, Michael said: “Politics is a serious business, we are entrusted to represent people, but at times of course there has to be other things and you have to be up for other things as well, whatever other things are and it’s all fine. “When you are asked to go onto somebody’s show, somebody must like looking at it and I presume people look at these things, people might find it entertaining or whatever.” Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news from the Irish Mirror direct to your inbox: Sign up here.
