At the heart of the operational update, New Health generated £1,828,319 in August from 14,487 orders, delivering an 809% month-on-month increase over July revenue of £201,203. Building on this momentum, the company reported 16,051 clinic customers since its June launch through 31 August, noting these clients were won organically rather than acquired. After launching dispensing operations from zero in October 2025, the group reported its overall annualised run rate passed £5 million by June and £8.6 million by July. Based on management accounts, MedPal said its robotic dispensing hubs generate a gross margin of more than 27% on NHS prescriptions, alongside capacity for further volume growth. Shifting to the UK care-home sector, MedPal could offer reduced or free eMARx electronic medication administration record provision if facilities exclusively use the group's dispensing services. Underpinning these services, the group noted that its operating model integrates digital patient pathways, dispensing capabilities, and AI-enabled support while maintaining clinician oversight. Commenting on execution, chief executive Jason Drummond said the company's technology was 'doing the heavy lifting' across prescribing, dispensing, delivery, administration, and AI-driven patient support. Looking ahead, MedPal cited a study estimating that 1.6 million British adults used weight-loss medicines, and calculated that £ 150-per-month private treatments indicate a market potentially exceeding £2.8 billion annually. Within that market, New Health records an approximate 25% post-introductory gross margin, based on management accounts, with customer acquisition costs recognised in the month incurred.
