Рapid Rail назначил нового руководителя с 30-летним опытом в железнодорожной отрасли

Rapid Rail said Mazli brings nearly 30 years of experience in the rail and engineering industries, having worked in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In a statement, it also said he has been involved in the implementation and development of several major rail projects, including KL Sentral, the Rawang-Ipoh double track project, the Ipoh-Padang Besar double track project, Makkah Metro, the Kajang Line, the Putrajaya Line, and the Kuching Urban Transportation System. Before joining Rapid Rail, Mazli was CEO of Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd, where he led the development of Sarawak’s first urban public transport system, which is also Malaysia’s first fully green public transport system. Rapid Rail said Mazli’s background in rail infrastructure development, system integration and operations management would support the company’s efforts to improve its overall performance. “Under this new leadership, Rapid Rail will continue to focus on strengthening operational performance, enhancing service reliability and safety, and elevating customer experience. “This move aligns with the company’s commitment to providing efficient, safe and sustainable public transport services to meet the public’s evolving mobility needs,” it said. Rapid Rail said Mazli’s expertise would also support Prasarana Malaysia Bhd’s efforts to increase public transport ridership and develop more sustainable urban mobility.
