The organization said current legal department clients have been offered the opportunity to change providers at no cost. It added that its focus is on “carrying out this transition with care, transparency and respect for our clients, partners, staff and community.” The center said it would not comment publicly on personnel matters out of respect for the privacy of current and former employees.
