Платформа Knovari внедряет контекстный анализ для безопасного использования презентаций клиентов в консалтинге

Knovari is an AI-powered platform designed for consulting firms to safely reuse client-facing PowerPoint deliverables by detecting and sanitizing confidential content. It focuses on preserving the analytical insights of decks—charts, visuals, financials, and strategic recommendations—while removing or anonymizing identifying details. Its framework combines visual analysis (logos, charts, shapes) with text processing (speaker notes, embedded objects, metadata) to handle both surface and hidden sources of sensitive information. Sanitisation is applied directly at the code level of PowerPoint files, ensuring that embedded data remnants like deleted logos or workbook links are also cleansed. Two operational modes allow organizations to either flag sensitive content for review or to automate redaction fully. Key Features Context-Aware Detection Knovari goes beyond keyword or pattern-based tools to understand context in slides—what makes content sensitive even if it doesn’t contain obvious identifying data. It detects client-identifying and nonpublic content like deal terms, strategic recommendations, or financial metrics. Surgical Visual and Text Sanitisation Visual elements—charts, logos, watermarked graphics, colour-coded shapes—are evaluated along with written content. The system removes only client-tied elements where possible, preserving insights and narrative frameworks. Code-Level Cleansing Sanitisation includes hidden traces such as metadata, embedded spreadsheet widgets, deleted images, or logo links embedded in the XML underlying PPTX files. Dual Mode Workflow (Flag-for-Review & Auto-Redact) Firms can begin by reviewing flagged content manually (Mode A), approving or adjusting each proposed change; or move to an organization-wide automated mode (Mode B), with oversight and opt-out windows appropriate for enterprise environments.</p> Audit Trail & Compliance Support Every detection and redaction action is logged and explained, supporting compliance, knowledge management, and audit functions. The platform is undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification, has passed independent penetration testing, and offers enterprise deployment options including private cloud and region-specific data residency. Who is it for? Knovari addresses firms that produce PowerPoint-heavy client deliverables—management consultancies, strategy practices, M&A and due diligence advisory, market-entry specialists—any organization where intellectual property is bundled in decks. Key stakeholders include Heads of Knowledge Management, Chief Knowledge Officers, Heads of AI or Innovation, and senior IT or legal/compliance teams. These users often face pressure to both unlock institutional knowledge for AI models and protect client confidentiality, balance insight reuse with auditability, and improve billable hours by cutting manual redaction effort. Pricing There is no published price list. Cost is structured per volume of deliverables processed, typically agreed upon after a proof-of-concept pilot. Fees depend on the number of slides and the scale of deployment. Firms interested in Knovari generally engage through a scoped, paid pilot to assess value before full license contracts. Final Thoughts Knovari fills a distinct gap between manual redaction, generic PII tools, and full document-management systems. Its context-aware framework understands sensitivity in meaning rather than just keywords, and its ability to sanitize PowerPoint decks at the XML level—including visuals—is particularly relevant for firms whose most valuable IP is encoded in charts and strategic content. The two-mode workflow provides a pragmatic path for adoption: firms can start with human oversight to build trust and accuracy, then scale towards automated sanitisation for greater efficiency. Enterprises with strict compliance, security, or data-residency demands will find its private cloud deployment and ongoing certification process reassuring. However, Knovari currently supports only PowerPoint format, and organizations whose deliverables include Word documents, PDFs, or other formats should monitor its roadmap. Without published pricing transparency, decision-makers should engage with a pilot to evaluate total cost and return. For consulting firms looking to safely feed more of their historical and ongoing work into AI systems while retaining confidentiality, Knovari offers a compelling specialist option worthy of serious consideration.
