Малайзийская консалтинговая компания Flowstate создана для конкуренции с международными гигантами

The Selangor-based firm brings public-sector, strategy, and transaction advisory under one roof. Khairy said Flowstate was set up to show that local firms could compete with well-known international consultancies for major jobs. “Malaysia has never lacked talent. But too many of our best minds build their careers abroad, and too many of our most consequential mandates go to global brands out of habit rather than merit,” he said in a statement. He said Flowstate operated a partner-led model in which the partner “who begins an engagement remains personally accountable through to completion”. “The partner who sits with you in the first meeting stays with you until the work is done,” he said, referring to the founding partners who comprise a senior team drawn from those with government experience and top-tier professional firms. “That is not a slogan; it is how the firm is built,” he said. Flowstate’s founding partners are Khairi Sulaiman, Dimishtra Sittampalam, Rizuan Ahamad, Ezri Othman and Fakhrulrazi Fauzi. Khairy expects it to be “completely unremarkable” when a major institution hands its hardest problem to a Malaysian firm, on merit, in the next five years.
