ANGELES CITY – Public access to essential government services became more convenient for Angeleños as JDN Realty Group and the city government formally opened the Juan BayaniHub site through a partnership that will provide assistance to Health ID issuance at the Mezzanine of Nepo Mart here. The initiative was formalized on July 6 with the signing of a memorandum of agreement allowing the city government to use a designated space on the second floor of Nepo Mart at no cost to the city. The service center will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from July through September 2026, serving city residents who need to secure a Health ID. Representing JDN Realty Group during the signing were Maribel Ronquillo, assistant vice president for administration, and Rocky Torres, commercial spaces manager. Signing on behalf of the city government were Rafael Angeles, Executive Assistant IV; Dr. Jessie Paul M. Culang, OIC of the city environmental health services; and Arneil Escolango, city treasurer. Officials from the city health office and JDN Realty Group witnessed the signing ceremony. The Health ID service is part of Juan BayaniHub, JDN Realty Group’s flagship corporate social responsibility program, that transforms its mall properties into accessible centers for government services. By bringing public transactions closer to communities, the initiative helps reduce travel time and improves access to essential services for residents. The opening of the Nepo Mart Angeles site marks another milestone for the program, it is the third Juan BayaniHub supported by JDN Realty, which debuted at Nepo Mall Dagupan in October 2025 before expanding to Nepo Mall Jaen in Nueva Ecija through a partnership with the Jaen local government. The Angeles City hub is the third Juan BayaniHub location and the first to be established in JDN Realty Group’s home. JDN Realty AVP Ronquillo said the partnership reflects the company’s continuing commitment to community development by making its commercial spaces available for public service initiatives.
