Эрик Робертс признался, что ему предстоит сложное решение: переехать из Дублина в Донегал или остаться на работе

Ireland AM’s Eric Roberts has revealed he faces a major family decision as his Donegal dream home nears completion. The presenter, 35, and his wife Niamh Roberts have been documenting the construction of their new home, and he recently shared a sneak peek at the structure as it begins to take shape. However, the Ireland AM presenter confessed that the project has been slow this year, owing primarily to the fact that they haven’t been present to make many of the decisions, but that it is now beginning to feel a lot more real. View this post on Instagram “It’s very, very exciting, a really exciting time in the build now,” Eric told RSVP Live. “It’s been really slow, to be honest with you, this year, just because we’re not there to make a lot of the decisions.” “But it’s really starting to take shape now. We’re sort of at the place now where we’re picking out tiles and bathrooms and kitchens, and it’s becoming a bit more real, I suppose. So we’re really, really happy with how it’s going,” he added. However, with his home in Donegal and his presenting job in Dublin, the issue of how he will make the trip has already arisen. When asked if he could see himself commuting between Donegal and Dublin, Eric stated that he and his family are currently avoiding the subject. “That’s a conversation that we’re sort of dancing around and not really wanting to have at the moment,” he said. “I love presenting the show so much, I love the work that I do, and unfortunately, all of it is in Dublin,” he confessed. “So when I have to cross that bridge, I will. But for now, we’re really, really happy where we are.” Eric first confirmed he would be relocating in September, when he landed the permanent role on Ireland AM. Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie about landing the job at the time, Eric said: “It is a dream come true. I feel like I’ve been part of the family now for quite a while because I’ve been in doing TikTok slots for so long, but it’s been a dream of mine ever since I knew it was a possibility.” “When I started creating content online I didn’t know how many doors would open for me and I’ve spent the last couple of years just walking through as many as I could.” “So to be given the opportunity by Virgin Media to prove myself as an actual proper television presenter is amazing. I’m intending on bringing a new audience, youthful energy, and my own mischief that I’m best known for.”
