Тамми Хемброу сняла запрет на посещение и выставила на аукцион свой роскошный дом на набережной

Mega influencer Tammy Hembrow has backflipped on her strict VIP-only inspection rule, throwing open the doors to her lavish Gold Coast home this weekend ahead of a high-stakes spring auction. The Broadbeach Waters riverfront estate, which first hit the market via an expressions of interest campaign, will now go under the hammer on September 25 at The Langham as part of Ray White Malan + Co’s Gold Coast Auction Experience. Selling agent Jay Helprin said the strategic pivot to auction aimed to capitalise on the seasonal market after the initial campaign drew multiple interested parties and formal offers. “Going to auction is a way to show the market we’re serious about selling, so anyone interested in being in an amazing position on the river should inspect,” Mr Helprin said. “We wanted to make the most of the spring selling season, do the property justice and expose it to the most amount of buyers possible.” To achieve that, Australia’s reigning social media queen has cautiously scrapped her previous ban on public open homes. Asked if the star was anxious about an influx of strangers in her personal sanctuary, Mr Helprin said it was simply business. “Just like anyone, really. People like their privacy and prefer not to do an open home, but it’s part of the process.” But weekend stickybeaks have been warned against capturing content of their own. A “no photography or videography” rule has already been slapped on the front door, with extra staff expected to be present to monitor the crowd. Eagle-eyed followers at Saturday’s inspection will recognise the home from social media snippets shared with Hembrow’s 18 million-plus followers since 2020, when she paid $2.88m for the swish double-storey property. Already blessed with Instagram-worthy direct views of the city skyline, the dream home has undergone renovations including adding an ultra-luxe closet, fluted cabinetry and a showstopping Murano glass chandelier along with rendered detailing. Hembrow regularly shared stunning sunrises and even spotting “dolphins in our backyard” from the 979 sqm riverfront block with 30.6m of prime Nerang River frontage. The mansion has been the backdrop to a highly publicised, chaotic few years for the 32-year-old mother of three. It’s the same home she shared with ex-fiance, ironman Matt Poole, the father of her youngest daughter, Posy, and more recently Love Island alum Matt Zukowski. The ill-fated pair split in June 2025, seven months after tying the knot. Also last year, Hembrow posted Tik Tok videos filmed in the home with former partner Reece Hawkins and their two children, Saskia and Wolf, later revealing she tried to rekindle their relationship. Now, with 23-year-old model boyfriend Grayson Te Moana on the scene and the recent shock closure of her eight-year athleisure business Saski, Hembrow is moving on again. Mr Helprin confirmed the star was actively hunting for an acreage spread. “There are a lot of suburbs that offer that style of living and she’s doing a lot of research. “There are probably six or seven suburbs across the Gold Coast that qualify – Currumbin Valley is one of them,” he said.
