NtisoAkhona is an investment consortium led by South African business leaders Mcebisi Jonas and Noluthando Gosa.
Apex Group says that this move reinforces its commitment to local ownership and the continued growth of its South African operations.

Mcebisi Jonas, chairman of Ntiso Investment Holdings, adds: “We are pleased to deepen our partnership with Apex Group through this investment. Apex Group has consistently demonstrated its commitment to South Africa through investment in people, local capabilities, and innovation.
“We look forward to supporting FundRock Collective Investments South Africa in its next phase of growth while continuing to deliver long-term value for clients and stakeholders.”
