В Йонкерсе открыт элитный комплекс Hudson Piers с видом на Гудзон

Situated along the Hudson River in Yonkers, Hudson Piers presents a fresh vision for waterfront living within easy reach of New York City. Hudson Piers will be comprised of six residential buildings developed by Extell Development Company, marking the firm’s first project in the county, representing one of Westchester’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use developments. The development brings a design-led perspective to a stretch of the shoreline, giving residents waterfront living with all the amenities they could ever need right outside their doorsteps. With Hudson Piers, Extell quality has arrived in Westchester; the well-known New York City developer has established a new standard for waterfront luxury. Its contemporary, understated architecture prioritizes openness and connection to the water, framing views of the Hudson River and the New York City skyline. Sophisticated design pairs with generous outdoor spaces and a carefully curated collection of amenities. Spanning more than 20 acres, Hudson Piers is envisioned as a unified waterfront community. Amenities play an essential role in daily life at Hudson Piers with something here for everyone. Outdoor offerings range from a swimming pool and grilling stations to landscaped terraces furnished with fire pits. Recreational spaces are woven throughout the property and include a bocce court, dog runs, and dedicated children’s play areas. Inside, residents have access to multiple fitness centers with dedicated spin and yoga studios. Resident lounges and waterfront gathering areas, a screening room, and coworking spaces provide settings for relaxation, entertainment, and connection. A 24-hour concierge, on-site indoor and outdoor parking, and bike storage add further convenience. The homes at Hudson Piers place particular emphasis on spacious floor plans, including a selection of three-bedroom homes rarely found in the rental market. Oversized windows flood each home with natural light while capturing views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. Select residences also feature private terraces and glimpses toward the Manhattan skyline. Open-concept kitchens are equipped with Miele appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops, while bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, bespoke millwork, and oversized mirrors. The leasing success of Hudson Piers speaks to increasing demand for flexible, high-quality rental homes that do not compromise on thoughtful design or elevated amenities while also being conveniently located to Manhattan. Positioned along 1.5 miles of riverfront, Hudson Piers provides direct access to routes for walking, running, and cycling, along with an expanding promenade that makes the shoreline both inviting and accessible. The development’s progress coincides with the continued evolution of Yonkers itself. Often regarded as the gateway connecting New York City with the Hudson Valley, Yonkers offers an appealing combination of accessibility, culture, and proximity to nature. Metro-North service reaches Grand Central Terminal in approximately 30 minutes, while nearby parkways provide convenient connections throughout Westchester County and the surrounding region. Destinations such as Untermyer Gardens Conservancy, Yonkers Brewing Co., and a growing assortment of restaurants and independently owned businesses reflect the city’s increasing energy and diversity, even as it retains its established character. The area is also home to a growing healthcare sector, with expanding hospital campuses and local clinics all within easy reach. Studio through three-bedroom residences at Hudson Piers begin at approximately $2,450 per month.
