В Хиббер-Вэлли пройдет ежегодная конференция индустрии туризма штата Юта

Tourism professionals from across the state will gather in Heber Valley this fall as the area hosts this year’s Utah Tourism Conference, Oct. 13-16, at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. Organized by the Utah Tourism Industry Association in partnership with the Utah Office of Tourism, the annual conference is Utah’s premier gathering for destination marketing organizations, attractions, lodging partners, state agencies, community leaders and tourism professionals to connect, collaborate and shape the future of the state’s visitor economy, the association said. The Heber Valley Tourism, Chamber and Economic Development office said it has been working closely with Utah Tourism Industry Association for months to create an exceptional conference experience that showcases the people, places, and hospitality that define Wasatch County. “Our team is incredibly excited to welcome our colleagues from across Utah, and beyond, to Heber Valley,” said Dallin Koecher, executive director of the Heber Valley Tourism, Chamber and Economic Development office. “Hosting the Utah Tourism Conference is both an honor and an opportunity to highlight our destination while creating meaningful connections and crafting experiences that inspire tourism professionals from every corner of the state, country and around the world.” The local organizing team has coordinated many of the conference’s signature experiences, including daytime Destination Discovery activities, sunrise and morning experiences, and the opening night reception. These curated events, the team said, are designed to immerse attendees in the “authentic character and charm of Heber Valley” while demonstrating the partnerships, attractions, outdoor recreation and hospitality that make this area one of Utah’s prominent year-round travel destinations. Heber Valley has also partnered closely with the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley to deliver a first-class conference experience. From luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining to modern meeting spaces and attentive hospitality, the new resort will seek to provide attendees with a memorable setting throughout the four-day event. Conference attendees can expect a dynamic schedule featuring educational sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, destination experiences and discussions focused on the future of Utah’s tourism industry. The conference will aim to bring together leaders from destinations large and small, hospitality businesses, outdoor recreation, government agencies, attractions, transportation and tourism-related organizations. Beyond the educational programming, hosting the conference allows Heber Valley to showcase its communities. Local businesses, attractions, restaurants and recreation partners will have the opportunity to welcome industry professionals and demonstrate firsthand what makes the destination unique, the office said.
