HAProxy занял первое место в рейтинге G2 на 14 кварталов подряд и анонсировал запуск собственной системы безопасности

HAProxy is the #1 load balancer for 14 consecutive quarters, with a perfect 100 Satisfaction score — and its security deployments go live in about two months, running on the customer’s own infrastructure and implemented entirely by the customer’s own team NEWTON, Mass., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HAProxy Technologies, the company behind HAProxy One, today announced its results in the G2 Fall 2026 Grid® Reports. The results show HAProxy customers running SaaS-level threat detection on their own infrastructure, with no external connection required and full compatibility with air-gapped environments — going live in about two months, implemented entirely by their own teams. HAProxy earned 86 badges across eight categories, including 27 Leader placements and Momentum Leader in five categories at once, and is the only product ranked in all eight of the G2 categories in which it appears, spanning application delivery, application security, and platform engineering. Key results: - Fourteen consecutive quarters at #1 in Load Balancing: a perfect Satisfaction score of 100 for a fifth consecutive quarter — 39 points ahead of the nearest cloud alternative. - Sovereign deployment, proven at scale: HAProxy runs across cloud and on-premises in every category (42% to 70% on-premises) with 90% to 100% of security implementations completed by the customer’s own team, without vendor professional services or third-party consultants. - Live in about two months: HAProxy goes live in 1.6 to 2 months in every security category, comparable with cloud-delivered alternatives. - Support rated above the cloud alternatives: 10 Best Relationship badges across the portfolio, and Quality of Support 8 to 12 points ahead of the largest cloud security provider in every security category. - Payback in five months: HAProxy WAF customers recover their investment in 5 months against a 13-month category average. Enterprises often assume that owning their security infrastructure means accepting compromise: slower deployment, dependence on the vendor’s professional services, thinner support, and weaker outcomes. HAProxy customers are reporting the opposite, in G2’s own verified reviews, across every category HAProxy competes in. “The G2 Fall 2026 reports answer a question enterprises have been told has no good answer,” said Dujko Radovnikovic, CEO, HAProxy Technologies. “For years, the choice in application security has been framed as control on one side, and capability and convenience on the other. Our customers are not making that trade. They run HAProxy on whatever infrastructure they prefer, almost all of them implement it with their own teams, and they are in production in about two months. That’s what ‘without compromise’ means, and it’s the reason HAProxy One exists.” Fourteen consecutive quarters at #1 in load balancing HAProxy holds the #1 rank in the G2 Overall Grid® Report for Load Balancing for the fourteenth consecutive quarter (an unbroken run since Summer 2023), along with #1 in the Enterprise and Mid-Market Grid® Reports. Its Satisfaction score of 100 is the highest possible, matched by no other product in the category, and now sustained for five consecutive quarters, while the largest cloud and hyperscaler alternatives score between 59 and 61, a gap of 39 points. That score rests on the largest verified customer base in the category. HAProxy’s 841 authenticated reviews exceed the combined total of the next six most-reviewed products. Across the category’s 26 Fall 2026 reports, HAProxy ranks #1 in 18, including a clean sweep of all four Relationship Indexes and #1 in all three Implementation Index segments. Recent reviews on G2 describing HAProxy’s load balancing capabilities included the following highlights: - “It delivers reliable high performance, helping our marketplace stay fast and online even during massive booking spikes.” — [link] - “…the ability to fit into many environments such as on-prem servers, VMs, containers, and Kubernetes setups.” — [link] SaaS-level security, entirely on your own infrastructure HAProxy competes in three G2 application security categories: Web Application Firewall (WAF), DDoS Protection, and Bot Detection and Mitigation. Across all three categories, HAProxy’s results demonstrate architectural sovereignty and operational sovereignty in practice. Our customers decide where HAProxy runs; and they implement it and maintain it on their own terms — without compromising speed, results, or costs. HAProxy is deployed at scale in both cloud and on-premises environments, helping customers to avoid cloud lock-in and build on whatever infrastructure they prefer. 38% of its WAF deployments run in cloud and 62% on-premises, 45% and 55% in DDoS Protection, and 30% and 70% in Bot Detection and Mitigation. The closest cloud-delivered platforms run between 10% and 33% on-premises. Implementation is owned by the customer, without reliance on seller services or consultants, and regardless of whether HAProxy is deployed in the cloud or on-premises. 90% of WAF deployments are implemented in-house, 92% in DDoS Protection, and 100% in Bot Detection and Mitigation. Deployment runs at cloud speed. HAProxy security goes live in 2.0 months in WAF, 2.0 months in DDoS Protection, and 1.6 months in Bot Detection and Mitigation, comparable with cloud-delivered products, and in some cases faster. On capability, HAProxy is cloud and SaaS alternatives. On G2’s Meets Requirements rating, HAProxy matches the largest cloud security provider in both WAF and DDoS Protection (93% each) and is ahead of it in Bot Detection and Mitigation (97% against 94%). HAProxy holds #1 in all four WAF Results Indexes (Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small-Business, and Overall) for a second consecutive quarter. Support is where the margin is widest. HAProxy’s customer-rated Quality of Support is 93% in WAF, 94% in DDoS Protection, and 96% in Bot Detection and Mitigation, which puts HAProxy 9, 8, and 12 points respectively ahead of the largest cloud security provider, and above category average in all three. Its Net Promoter Score is ahead of that same provider’s NPS in all three categories, by 16 points in WAF, 7 in DDoS Protection, and 20 in Bot Detection and Mitigation. G2 recognized HAProxy’s customer relationships with 10 Best Relationship badges across the portfolio, five of them in the security categories. Return on investment arrives in only five months. HAProxy customers report recovering their WAF investment in 5 months against a 13-month category average. WAF user adoption stands at 78% against a 63% category average, indicating that security teams buying HAProxy deploy it fully rather than stalling. Customers agree with the platform’s direction. HAProxy’s Product Going in Right Direction rating is 97% in WAF, 99% in DDoS Protection, and 100% in Bot Detection and Mitigation, ahead of the largest cloud security provider in all three, and above category average in each. HAProxy Enterprise delivers this without external dependencies. The patented HAProxy Enterprise WAF blocks application attacks without relying on static signatures, and the Bot Management Module detects and classifies automated traffic and bot threats. Both run 100% locally and send no traffic data to a third party. HAProxy Fusion provides centralized security orchestration for large-scale HAProxy Enterprise deployments, with customizable Security Profiles and dashboards, and an intuitive visual policy builder called the Threat-Response Matrix. HAProxy Fusion is a sovereign control plane that customers deploy and manage on their own infrastructure, with the same privacy and air-gapped capabilities as HAProxy Enterprise. Customers describing HAProxy’s application security capabilities included the following: - “We are using HAProxy as a reverse proxy with SSL offloading and advanced security features such as WAF, bot detection and others.” — [link] - “HAProxy is stopping bots and bad actors before reaching our publicly facing websites.” — [link] One platform, across the whole traffic layer The same HAProxy One platform is validated across all eight categories in which HAProxy appears, and no other product is ranked in all of them. HAProxy is a Momentum Leader in five categories simultaneously: Load Balancing, Container Networking, WAF, DDoS Protection, and API Management. In Container Networking it is now the most-reviewed product in the category, with the highest Satisfaction score at 98. The pattern points to consolidation: teams running HAProxy for load balancing are also using it for Kubernetes ingress, API gateway, and application security — on one platform they operate themselves. Recent reviews on G2 describing HAProxy’s broader platform capabilities included the following highlights: - “Ingress solution for Kubernetes is awesome.” — [link] - “We have multiple sites in multiple clusters across regions and HAProxy helps in managing the traffic.” — [link] About the G2 Grid® Reports G2 releases Grid® and Index Reports quarterly, ranking products on verified customer reviews together with data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
