BMW заключила долгосрочный лизинг логистического парка Greystar в Южной Каролине

Greystar, a global leader in rental housing, investment management, development, and property management, has announced a long-term lease with BMW North America at Mid85, its Class A logistics park in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. BMW will occupy a cross-dock logistics facility in Wellford, South Carolina. The lease represents a significant milestone for Mid85 and Greystar’s growing U.S. logistics platform, which consists of a portfolio of roughly 12 million square feet amongst 50 buildings across 34 markets. “We couldn’t ask for a better outcome at Mid85 than a long-term commitment from a company of BMW’s caliber,” said Tanner Hicklin, managing director, development, at Greystar. “We’re grateful to Colliers for the opportunity and trust in Greystar to meet BMW’s timing and needs, and proud to support BMW’s continued investment and growth in the Upstate and across South Carolina.” Connor Faught, John Montgomery and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers International represented BMW in the transaction. "BMW's presence is woven into the fabric of the Upstate's economy, and their continued investment here, from manufacturing to distribution, is a driving force behind the region's growth," said John Montgomery of Colliers. "This commitment at Mid85 is yet another example of BMW's confidence in the Upstate, and we're proud to have played a role in it." At approximately 2 million square feet, Mid85 is one of Greystar’s largest logistics developments in the U,S. The transaction reflects Greystar’s continued expansion of its logistics platform and its focus on developing institutional-quality properties capable of serving leading companies and large-scale occupiers. Located along the I-85 corridor, Mid85 offers convenient access to the Upstate’s manufacturing and transportation network. The park is approximately 1.5 miles from I-85, 4.2 miles from I-26 and 9 miles from Inland Port Greer. No comments on this item Please log in to comment by clicking here
