Бывший директор OMD Файона Филд запустила консалтинговое агентство Seventh Wave

Former OMD MD Fiona Field has launched Seventh Wave, a new independent marketing and media consultancy aimed at providing strategic advice to chief executives and senior marketers. The consultancy will work with CEOs and CMOs on areas including artificial intelligence, brand and media strategy and the management of major marketing projects, with a particular focus on helping organisations respond to changes taking place across marketing and media. Field brings more than 20 years of agency and board-level experience to the new business, including five years as managing director of OMD Ireland and board director of Omnicom Media. During her time at OMD she led the agency through a period of significant growth, including the recent Omnicom takeover of IPG agencies in Ireland. Prior to joining OMD, she held a number of senior roles at Core. During her agency career, Field has worked with clients across sectors including retail, FMCG, utilities and the public sector. Brands she has worked with include Aer Lingus, Bank of Ireland, Lidl, Liberty Insurance, McDonald’s and Virgin Media. Her work has been recognised at industry awards including AdFX, The Media Awards, the DMAs and the Shark Awards. She has also held a number of industry roles including several years as a director of IAPI, which was recently renamed the Creative Communications Association, with responsibilities spanning strategy, governance and industry representation. She has also served as a judge for the Effie Awards. Speaking about setting up Seventh Wave, Field said she had spotted “a clear gap in the market.” “Given the massive industry shifts we are seeing right now it is a hugely exciting time to launch Seventh Wave. I set it up to do what I love most: working closely with business leaders on the decisions that matter.” She said the growing complexity facing businesses, particularly around AI, was creating demand for independent strategic advice. “Businesses today face a lot of complexity, so I provide practical, evidence-based counsel that helps brands navigate AI-driven change,” she said. “Services include AI consultancy, strategic brand and media planning, and critical project management for growing organisations.” Former OMD MD Fiona Field Launches Seventh Wave Consultancy
