Новый жилой комплекс Amadeus в Камлупсе быстро сдает квартиры благодаря панорамным видам и современной планировке

First tenants of Amadeus in Kamloops loving location, views and layouts Amadeus a hit with tenants A new rental development on Kamloops’ North Shore is filling up quickly after welcoming its first residents this summer. Amadeus, a 98-unit rental complex developed by Cedar Coast, began moving tenants in July 1 and is now about 65% leased. “It’s gone really well,” says Bryce Dhillon of Interior Property Management, which is marketing Amadeus to prospective residents. “All tenant comments have been really positive. The vibe in the building is really good. The tenants are happy,” The building has attracted a wide range of tenants so far, including professionals, retirees and a growing number of students as the new school year approaches. Dhillon says only a select number of studio units remain available, while residents have responded particularly well to the building’s design and amenities. “People have been loving the unit layouts,” he says. “Every unit has a balcony. Even if it's a studio unit, they all have balconies. They're spacious, modern.” Amadeus features studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with modern, timeless interiors and private outdoor space. Units are equipped with full appliances, including ensuite washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves and refrigerators, along with vinyl plank flooring and LED track lighting. Residents also have access to split air conditioning and heat pumps for year-round comfort. One of the biggest hits since tenants began moving in has been the shared space at the top of the building. “They all love the rooftop gym and rooftop patio,” Dhillon says. The rooftop amenities include a gym and deck with sweeping river and mountain views, while the outdoor terrace features a sauna, fire pit and lounging areas designed to create places for residents to gather and unwind. Dhillon says the views from the building’s upper floors remain one of its standout features. “The river and mountain views are amazing from the top floors,” he says. The location is another major draw. Amadeus is located in the Tranquille corridor, putting residents within walking distance of North Shore businesses, restaurants, cafes and other services, while remaining close to downtown Kamloops and Thompson Rivers University. “It’s in the Tranquille corridor, so it’s an up-and-coming area,” Dhillon says. “It’s surrounded by restaurants, cafes, gas stations—all the amenities you need.” The building is also a short walk from the sandy beach at Overlanders Park, where the Thompson and North Thompson rivers meet, while MacArthur Park is within walking distance in the opposite direction. Amadeus offers secure bike storage and large storage lockers on the main floor and is built using a combination of concrete and wood-frame construction. The development is also pet friendly, something Dhillon says continues to be an important consideration for renters in Kamloops.
