Тест чистящих средств: почему жидкость Flash оказалась лучше листов Dr Beckmann

I compared Dr Beckmann sheets to Flash cleaner on my floors — winner is clear I used two popular cleaning products on my floors to see which performs best. Cleaning floors is a chore that can be hard work. Floors are among the most-used areas of every home, meaning they can pick up dirt, dust, and stains quickly. I usually clean my floors with whatever cleaning product is on offer when I come to stock up. However, on my recent trip to Heron, I noticed a product I hadn't used before. I decided to pick up Dr Beckmann Cleaning Sheets for floor and multi-surface. The sheets come in a zip-lock pouch and contain 20 sheets that dissolve in water to form a liquid cleaner. It claims to use 83% less plastic compared to traditional liquid all-purpose cleaners and is "powerful against dirt and grease". The product sounded interesting, and even said it is a "revolutionary new and fun way" to clean, so I decided to compare it to Flash's All-Purpose Cleaner. I compared the products on the same floor, and thought there was a clear winner. Dr Beckmann The sheets were on offer at Heron and cost 69p but are priced at £3.49 at Dr Beckmann's store. The instructions said to drop a sheet in a bucket of up to five litres of warm water. I followed the instructions and was impressed to see the sheet dissolve completely. It produced plenty of suds, but I did think the sheet smelled much stronger before dissolving than after. I mopped my floor as usual and found that it worked just as any other floor cleaner. The absence of any smell was a bit odd, as I like to have a fresh scent when cleaning my floors. It dried well and removed any marks and stains. Flash I compared Dr Beckmann to Flash, as it claims to be the "number one UK floor cleaner" and already comes in liquid form for £2.25 from Heron. They both have a lemon scent, but I found the Flash one to be much stronger. It had a strong smell upon opening the bottle, which persisted once diluted with water. The Flash cleaner had instructions similar to the Dr Beckmann sheets, where I added two cups of product to five litres of water. I mopped the other side of the same room as the Dr Beckmann sheets, and it didn't have as much suds but still worked well. Again, it performed as well as you expect a floor cleaner to. Stains and marks were removed, leaving a nice shine. The results For me, there is a clear winner between the two. I found the Dr Beckmann sheets to be slightly disappointing, despite their price being very reasonable when they are on offer. They do dissolve well and produce plenty of suds, but I really struggled with the lack of smell. The sheets do smell of lemon, yet when I used them, I could smell a rather odd, damp scent of water instead. I prefer cleaning with pleasant smells, so this was a problem for me. I do appreciate that the sheets use less plastic than other cleaners, and because of the packet's size, they fit much better in my cleaning cupboard and don't take up much space. The Flash cleaner is easy to use and has a much stronger scent that I appreciate. Both products cleaned the floor well, but the scent difference has made Flash my winner.
