Компания CRATE Interiors завершила ремонт и полную меблировку трех квартир в Пуэрто-Валларте

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – A Puerto Vallarta interior design and renovation company is showing how older properties can be transformed into stylish, turnkey investments, with several recent projects highlighting its approach to design, construction and furnishing. CRATE Interiors recently completed a 60-day renovation of a multi-unit property in Puerto Vallarta’s 5 de Diciembre neighborhood. The project involved taking an outdated property and creating three private, two-bedroom residences, each with its own color palette and Yucatán-inspired design. The project included more than cosmetic updates. CRATE Interiors handled the construction, interior design, furnishings, styling and final delivery, allowing the investors to receive the residences fully furnished and ready for use. The company said the work was completed on schedule and within the target budget. The result combines original Mexican character with a more contemporary, hospitality-focused design intended to appeal to guests and property owners alike. The 5 de Diciembre project is one example of the company’s broader focus on helping North American investors prepare properties in Mexico without having to coordinate multiple contractors, designers and suppliers. A Beachfront Transformation Another recent project is documenting a different kind of investment journey. Idaho-based investors purchased a high-floor, wraparound corner unit in Puerto Vallarta’s Hotel Zone with plans to turn it into a luxury rental. The property is being redesigned with entertaining, multigenerational stays and special events in mind. Located directly on the beach, the residence offers access to Puerto Vallarta’s restaurants, attractions and local culture while serving as a potential income-producing property. CRATE Interiors is documenting the 60-day renovation through behind-the-scenes content, including demolition footage, drone video and updates showing how the space changes throughout the project. The goal is to give prospective investors a real-time look at what goes into transforming an older or dated property into a professionally designed rental. Renovating With Investment in Mind CRATE Interiors is also sharing advice for owners considering renovations through its Vallarta-Real podcast. In one episode, the company speaks with Dyani Leal, a Puerto Vallarta real estate broker, investor and creator of a practical investment analysis method. Leal discusses her top five priorities when renovating an older property, focusing on improvements that can influence property value and investment potential. One of her observations is that flooring can quickly reveal the age of a property, making it an important consideration when evaluating what needs to be updated. For investors preparing a property for resale, rental or personal use, the advice emphasizes looking beyond appearances and considering which renovations provide the greatest return. A Turnkey Approach CRATE Interiors describes itself as a turnkey furnishing, interior design and renovation solution created specifically for North American investors purchasing property in Mexico. The company manages projects from the initial walkthrough through the final installation. Its services can include furniture, outdoor seating, lighting, rugs, artwork, mattresses, décor and housewares, with items selected to create a cohesive finished property. CRATE Interiors’ furnishing service does not carry a separate design fee, with products priced comparably to what clients would pay when shopping independently. The goal is to eliminate many of the logistical challenges that come with furnishing and renovating a property from another country. Instead of arriving to an unfinished space and coordinating the final details remotely, owners can walk into a fully furnished and guest-ready home. “We just arrived and the place is beautiful. We are loving everything. Nice job by the entire team. All the pieces fit so well together, the finishes are perfect and we are loving every minute of being here. It was literally move-in ready on our arrival and we are truly impressed with the service.” – VS, Serial Airbnb Investors | San Pancho Shores MX For investors looking to turn a Puerto Vallarta property into a personal retreat or vacation rental, the recent projects demonstrate how renovation, design and furnishing can be handled as one coordinated process.
