В Слиго начато строительство 20 новых социальных домов

Contracts have been formally signed for the construction of 20 new social housing units at Pirn Mill Road, Sligo. The project will be delivered by Finna Construction, following their appointment as the successful building contractor for the scheme. The design by TAKA Architects is the winning proposal from the Town Centre Living architectural design competition, which was run by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in conjunction with Sligo County Council. The competition sought innovative housing solutions that would promote compact growth and support the revitalisation of Sligo town centre. Construction has now commenced on site, with completion and delivery of the new homes anticipated in Q3 of next year.
