Дэррен Боуден присоединился к Connors Group для усиления операционного консалтинга в ритейле

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Connors Group today announced that longtime retail executive Darren Bowden has joined the firm, expanding the depth of hands-on operational experience available to retailers looking to improve performance across their store operations. Bowden specializes in helping retailers turn strategy into operational results. Drawing on decades of leadership across specialty retail and some of the world's most recognized brands, he combines executive-level perspective with a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities facing store leaders, associates, and customers. Bowden previously served as Vice President of Retail Services at Connors Group from 2012 to 2015 before spending more than a decade at PVH, where he led store operations for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger and later held broader leadership responsibilities across operations, communications, technology, customer experience, workforce management, learning and development, and testing initiatives. His earlier experience also includes retail operations leadership with Ralph Lauren. At Connors Group, Bowden will partner with retailers to bridge strategy and execution, helping organizations improve operational and workforce performance, elevate customer and associate experiences, make technology work more effectively within the store environment, and deliver sustainable results through practical, results-driven solutions. "Retailers today are balancing an extraordinary number of priorities while being asked to continually improve performance across their organizations," said Jeff Peretin, President and CEO of Connors Group. "Darren has spent his career turning complex business priorities into practical results at the store level. His experience gives our clients another proven operator who understands how decisions around people, process, and technology come together in the real world and how to turn those decisions into better performance." Bowden's experience strengthens Connors Group's ability to support retailers from strategy and operating model design through implementation and continuous improvement, bringing an operator's perspective to both immediate performance opportunities and broader operational transformation. "What excites me most about joining Connors Group is the opportunity to help clients solve the challenges that are holding them back and uncover opportunities they may not yet see," said Bowden. "I've spent my career on the operator side, where you learn quickly that a great idea only matters if you can make it work in the real world. I'm excited to bring that perspective to our clients and help turn opportunity into meaningful growth." Bowden joins an expanding team of experienced industry operators and advisors within Connors Group's Retail Practice, adding further depth to the firm's ability to help clients translate opportunity into measurable operational and enterprise value.
