IEEE ComSoc впервые отметит свой день основания 25 февраля 2027 года

Get Ready for the Inaugural “ComSoc Day” Originally founded in 1952 as the Institute of Radio Engineers (IRE) Professional Group on Communication Systems (PGCS), today’s IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc) has evolved to include a diverse group of global industry professionals dedicated to advancing all communication technologies and the improvement of the world around them. In recognition, “ComSoc Day” will be celebrated for the first time on 25 February 2027, and annually on the anniversary every year in the future. ComSoc Chapters are encouraged to plan activities within the two weeks around this event. Watch This Space In late September, a call for ComSoc Chapters and Student Branch Chapters to request funding for events and activities specific to ComSoc Day will be launched. (This is separate from traditional annual Chapter Funding Requests).
