Ravenswood Classroom Partners seeks volunteers Ravenswood Classroom Partners, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the academic achievement gap in East Palo Alto and eastern Menlo Park, is looking for volunteers to tutor and mentor Ravenswood City School District students enrolled in transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. As the district experiences enrollment growth from the closure of The Primary School, there is a greater demand for more volunteers, according to a press release. The organization is seeking volunteers who can commit to just one hour per week during school hours. They will work with the same teacher and the same group of students during the year to allow volunteers and students to build consistent relationships.
