Circle Logistics сократил срок перевозки 5000 автомобилей для автопроизводителя с года до трех месяцев

Circle Logistics (“Circle”) completed a three-month, around-the-clock vehicle shuttle program for a major North American automaker. The program moved roughly 5,000 finished vehicles through a dual-upfit process. The automaker had 5,000 nearly finished vehicles staged in a yard, needing a dual upfit where each unit visited two separate facilities before release. Since one upfitter ran standard hours and the other operated 24/7, Circle Logistics' finished vehicle logistics (FVL) team ran continuous dual driver shifts, pivoting between facilities every 12 hours. Circle completed the project in 3 months, significantly beating its initial one-year timeline. Circle Logistics' FVL team works directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), upfitters and dealerships, whose decision-makers typically hold titles in finished vehicle logistics, fleet management or procurement. Loads handled by the FVL team range from a single vehicle to a full truckload of nine vehicles worth more than $500,000 combined. Circle Logistics assigns dedicated account teams to each customer and follows strict handling protocols to prevent damage to high-value cargo. The U.S. finished vehicle logistics market is projected to reach $40.29 billion in 2026 and grow to $51.11 billion by 2031, according to Mordor Intelligence, a market research firm. Mordor Intelligence attributes the growth in part to automakers shifting vehicle production closer to the point of sale. The research firm also finds that the specialized skills required for vehicle hauling, including multi-level loading and damage-prevention handling, have kept driver capacity tight, making dependable logistics partners harder to secure during demand spikes. Circle positions its FVL division to provide essential backup capacity, helping OEMs, upfitters, and fleet operators manage sudden demand swings. While long-term automotive contracts typically span three to seven years, OEMs and fleet operators frequently contact the FVL team to secure reliable finished vehicle capacity when their primary requirements shift.
