Deadline: 30-Aug-26 WWF Nepal is seeking a qualified service provider or consultant to strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s provincial governments on climate transparency, climate reporting, and implementation of the Paris Agreement’s Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF). The assignment will include seven provincial training programs, development of tailored training materials, and support for better coordination and climate data management across federal, provincial, and local institutions. Overview WWF Nepal is inviting proposals for an assignment focused on strengthening the institutional and technical capacity of Nepal’s provincial governments to participate effectively in the country’s climate transparency system.
