Компания InfiniG привлекла 5,2 млн долларов на запуск платформы мобильной связи для коммерческой недвижимости

Cellular Provider InfiniG Secures $5M Seed Funding Started by a Meta alum, the startup focuses on scaling mobile coverage as a service for commercial real estate without the baggage of big carriers By Philip Russo August 25, 2026 10:00 am reprints InfiniG, an enterprise cellular platform for commercial real estate, announced Tuesday that it has raised a $5.2 million seed round. Early-stage venture capital firms J2 Ventures and Stormbreaker Ventures led the round. Los Gatos, Calif.-based InfiniG said it will use the funding to expand its mobile coverage as a service (MCaaS) product rollouts, automate mobile-operator integration, scale its InfiniG Insights, and advance the platform’s automation and physical artificial intelligence. InfiniG’s MCaaS platform enables building owners to deploy neutral-host, multicarrier indoor cellular coverage without the complexity and cost of traditional distributed antenna systems, according to the company. The platform also creates an upgradeable foundation for future 5G services, private wireless networks, physical AI and connected-building applications. “The mobile operators — the AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobiles of the world — have traditionally provided coverage,” said Joel Lindholm, co-founder and CEO at InfiniG. “The processes that have been used for the last 10 to 20 years really require people to come into each building using those processes and their own technologies, and that’s been very limiting. That’s why only the biggest buildings or biggest venues have coverage. That’s also why you see most buildings in the United States do not have coverage, whether they be hospitals or hotels, offices, warehouses or manufacturing floors.” Lindholm’s firm stepped into the gap. “Our solution is focused on being able to cover those thousands of buildings instead of the hundreds of buildings from the legacy model. Fundamentally, we have to look at the world in a new way for the next decade. The 10- to 20-year-old technologies are just no longer satisfactory.” InfiniG uses Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), a non-carrier spectrum, to provide a single radio infrastructure in a building that is shared equally across all the mobile operators. The property owner can put that into their building, and InfiniG connects the property to the mobile operators through its cloud-based platform. “We’ve standardized a way of deploying the network in the building by connecting it to the mobile operators, but we’ve also reduced the cost of the mobile operator to join a network by 5 percent,” said Lindholm. “Now it is no longer an obstacle for the carriers to participate in a network like we provide inside the building.” InfiniG reduces costs for customers by eliminating the need for individual agreements with each carrier to bring their systems into a building and avoiding special legal agreements that the property owner is required to have with each carrier. There’s also no need for negotiations with each carrier independently to bring their own networks to the building, according to the company. “That’s all that’s standardized by us,” Lindholm explained. “We’ve lowered the cost of the physical infrastructure in the building, deployed the whole thing as a service, and we can deploy in less than three months.” Founded in 2023, InfiniG was first developed in-house at Meta when Lindholm was there, he said. He realized that Meta had big buildings with coverage in the legacy model, but most of its buildings were medium or smaller sizes that needed a new way to provide coverage for the employees in those buildings, regardless of where they were located. “InfiniG is modernizing a market still constrained by deployment models designed for a small number of premier venues,” Said Mia, managing partner and co-founder at Stormbreaker Ventures, said in a statement. “The InfiniG team is uniquely qualified to recognize and solve this problem, having developed and operated this model at Meta, one of the world’s largest, most complex and security-conscious enterprises. That experience gives InfiniG a rare perspective on enterprise needs and requirements, not simply the technology, uniquely positioning the company to deliver MCaaS at scale.” The scalability of InfiniG’s MCaaS was a particular draw for investors. “The U.S. military and public sector increasingly need commercial technologies that strengthen critical infrastructure, healthcare, and communications,” Alexander Harstrick, managing partner and co-founder at J2 Ventures, said as part of the announced funding round. “That is central to J2 Ventures’ dual-use investment thesis, and InfiniG fits it well: The company is building resilient, scalable cellular infrastructure for today’s essential operations and tomorrow’s AI-enabled systems.” Philip Russo can be reached at [email protected].
