This press release features multimedia. View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260903766605/en/ Caroline has been at the forefront of building Daversa’s deep tech practice, with a particular emphasis on energy that grew naturally from her early focus on climate technology. She has partnered with companies including Gridware, Overview Energy, Thea Energy, Neros, Armada, Axiom Space, and Covariant, helping them recruit the executives required to commercialize complex technologies and scale category-defining businesses. Her work spans aerospace, energy, advanced manufacturing, robotics, defense, and other emerging technologies transforming the physical world. Across her portfolio, Caroline has helped build leadership teams for companies protecting the electric grid, developing fusion and space-based solar power, manufacturing autonomous defense systems, bringing compute to remote environments, building commercial infrastructure in orbit, and advancing the next generation of robotics. As energy demand accelerates and investment moves toward national security, domestic manufacturing, and physical infrastructure, the boundaries between these markets are disappearing. The executives capable of leading within them must operate across scientific discovery and commercialization, software and hardware complexity, government and private markets, and early technical promise and industrial-scale execution. Caroline has become a trusted advisor to founders and investors competing for this highly specialized class of leadership. Caroline recognized the importance of these markets well before critical industries moved to the center of the technology economy. Her ability to follow the evolution of climate technology into energy and the broader deep tech ecosystem has helped establish Daversa as the leading search partner to the founders building within it. “Caroline saw early that climate technology would expand into a much larger conversation around energy, infrastructure, and industrial capacity,” said Jack Dunn, Partner at Daversa. “She built real conviction in these markets and has become one of the most trusted executive search partners to founders across deep tech. Her judgment, intensity, and commitment to her clients have made her an important leader within our firm, and I am incredibly proud to see her become a Managing Director.” Caroline’s promotion reflects Daversa’s continued investment in leaders who are deeply embedded in the markets defining the next era of technology. In her new role, she will continue expanding the firm’s work across deep tech, energy, and critical industries. About Daversa Daversa is the executive search firm shaping the future of everything.
