Camp Tanglewood gets $100K for expansions, programs AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Georgia Power is investing $100,000 in the future of Camp Tanglewood as part of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia’s “Trails to Tomorrow” capital campaign, the council announced Monday. The “Trails to Tomorrow” campaign aims to strengthen and modernize Camp Tanglewood, expanding facilities and program spaces so girls can continue to experience outdoor adventures that build courage, confidence, independence and leadership skills for years to come. A centerpiece of that effort is the planned Girl Scout DreamLab — a dedicated space where girls can explore, create, collaborate and turn their ideas into action.
